We will be closed Monday, May 27th in observation of Memorial Day.  Regular classes resume Tuesday morning.

Based on feedback and requests, Robbie will be hosting a new workshop on 5/19/13 from 4-6pm at Champion Ballroom!

Celebrating Women in the Goddess Age

There is no greater gift you can give to your mother, daughter, or friend than the gift of yourself. Expect a fun and inspirational practice! A few partner poses sprinkled in will enable you to use your earned trust in each other for support and stability. You will also experience poses in some nurturing yet deeper ways. We will celebrate the fact we are emotional light bodies and pay honor to the divine feminine nature of God. Bring your mother, your daughter, your sister, your in law, friend, or any other female you admire and cherish.

Starting 5/6/13 all Classes will be held at Champion Ballroom:

206 Cool Springs Blvd.

Update:

We have a new home!  The new studio will be about 1800 Square Feet, with a separate lobby/check-in area up front and two treatment rooms and two bathrooms in the back.  The location is awesome with easy access to 65 and great visibility from several main thoroughfares.  There is plenty of parking as well.

Our mission is  “Heart centered healing for opening bodies, calming minds and creating peaceful spirits” and this new space will provide the perfect new home to achieve that!  We plan on creating a warm and nurturing space that students can come to and practice authentic yoga focused on the total mind/body connection.  It is very important to us to maintain the spirit, energy and community we had in our previous location, while creating something new and unique for your yogic journey to continue.
