Sarah believes in the words of Iyengar, “It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity.” A native Nashvillian, she grew up surrounded by a family of musicians, bagel bakers, scientists and artists. It was her discovery of yoga while in college that brought her immense joy. After graduating from Belmont University, Sarah completed her training in Prana Flow Vinyasa at Sanctuary for Yoga. Sarah feels that yoga is something that is lived daily, ultimately providing insight into a more joyful and peaceful life. Teaching allows her to give to others what she loves the most, and her daily practice keeps her vata grounded and pacified.
