Karma Yoga
There are different ‘types’ (different from styles/lineages) of yoga from Gyana (the yoga of intellect), Hatha (physical yoga postures), Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion), Raja Yoga (royal yoga with meditation as its pinnacle), and Karma yoga (yoga of SERVICE). Half Moon Yoga studio offers at least 2 ongoing karma yoga positions for anyone who wants to clean in exchange for classes! This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who cannot balance yoga expenses into their budget, yet still want/need to practice. WE LOVE TRADES so let us know if or when you may want to trade a service for classes!
