A more challenging style of Yoga, this class is for yogis looking to improve stamina through a set of poses linked by breath. The Mix begins with Salutations that leads into a variety of poses. Come practice this challenging form of yoga therapy that builds strength, stamina, and endurance. A vigorous work out for a meditative work in! Be prepared to build internal heat and sweat, so bring a towel. All levels are welcome, but previous yoga experience preferred.
