The definition of recovery means, “to return to an original state,” or “gradual healing.” Recovery can apply to many different, areas such as, eating disorders, sexual abuse recovery, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or self growth. This class uses Hatha yoga techniques, paired with affirmations to improve focus, while going through physical movements. The goal of this class is to retrain the mind to think positively, promote healthy self-esteem, and find a personal level of inner peace.
